Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license, and 30X40 Design Workshop, LLC reserves the right to take legal action for unauthorized use. 9. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All content provided within Architect + Entrepreneur courses—including but not limited to videos, frameworks, worksheets, templates, strategies, and methodologies—is proprietary intellectual property of 30X40 Design Workshop, LLC and is provided solely for the personal educational use of the Purchaser.

By purchasing or accessing this School, you agree that you will not:

Share, distribute, or disclose any course materials (including but not limited to videos, worksheets, slides, templates, or written frameworks) in any form, whether publicly or privately.
Publish, review, or discuss course content in a manner that discloses proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials to non-purchasers, including but not limited to blogs, social media, podcasts, or video reviews.
Use the materials to create derivative works, competing products, or instructional content.

Unauthorized use or disclosure of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of 30X40 Design Workshop, LLC’s home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
